The legal agreements governing your use of MattiPani.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MattiPani platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.

2. Platform Role

MattiPani operates as a technology platform connecting independent contractors (Workers) with clients (Employers). We do not directly employ the Workers and are not responsible for the direct supervision of the work performed.

3. Payments and Escrow

All payments must be processed through the MattiPani platform to ensure secure escrow handling. Circumventing the payment system is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.
